Delivery

All of our products are sent with professional couriers who ensure your items are delivered safely. We offer both economy delivery (3-5 days) and next day delivery (24 hours) so please choose from the variation which delivery you would prefer. All products ordered after 12pm will be dispatched the following day on the delivery chosen.

Deliveries are mainland UK only. Extra charges will apply for postcodes including AB37, AB38, AB41-AB56, FK19-FK2, KW1-KW17, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV24, IV25-IV28, IV30-IV37, IV40-IV56, IV63, PH15-PH26, PH30-PH44, PH49-PH50, PA20-PA49, PA62-PA76. Please call for a quote if this concerns you. (Prices are based on our couriers delivery range).

The postal charges for Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands, Alderney, Herm & Sark differs according to the size and weight of items purchased. Please call us to get a quotation on 0113 258 1314. All orders are sent out the next working day of cleared payment, please take into account bank holidays, weather, strikes etc. We advise not to book a flooring fitter until you have received the product in case there are any problems along the way.

Once an order has been placed and paid for, we can no longer offer combined postage discounts. Please provide contact numbers as this may result in delays as the courier may need to contact you. Once your item is dispatched, any problems with the delivery that is no fault of ours will be down to the buyer to make contact with the delivery company to chase them up.

Returns/Refunds

We make every effort to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase and that it reaches you in perfect condition, but we do know that there can sometimes be problems and that you will not always be happy with your purchase. So we ask that you do the following Check goods before you accept:

  • f the goods look like they have obvious signs of damage please do not accept them from the courier.
  • Check for obvious signs of faults and notify us immediately.

Damaged / Faulty Returns:

  • Please note: all our products are checked before dispatch and any faults will be sent back to the manufacturer for further inspection.
  • If the product is damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • All damaged and faulty goods will need to be inspected so we ask that you do not ever throw away your faulty or damaged goods unless instructed to do so.
  • Your refund may be affected if you fail to do this
  • A Refund or a replacement will be issued (a refund will be issued solely if no stock is available at the present time)

Refunds:

  • A refund is typically processed within 48 hours of returned items
  • We reserve the rights to not refund the initial postage costs
  • Any postage costs incurred by us for collecting returns may be removed from the final refund total
  • Returns that are not sent in a resalable condition will result in a partial refund and will be taken from the final refund total
  • Any refunds will be made payable to the customer only
  • You will be refunded the same way you chose to make the payment
  • Any damages caused by the buyer may also result in partial refund total
